Learn exercises to enhance your sex life, have more powerful orgasms, increase libido and sexual energy and maintain healthy sexual organs in this very informative and practical workshop on how to use the Jade Egg.
We all know that it is necessary to exercise our body to stay in good physical shape and in order to have healthy sexual organs and great sexual energy we equally need to exercise the sexual organs.
The Jade Egg practice is increasingly gaining popularity in post pregnancy, helping re-tone the pelvic floor muscles and improving one's sex life.
This workshop is for women only. There is no nudity. The jade egg exercises are practiced wearing loose comfortable clothing. If you don’t have a Jade Egg, you can do the exercises without the egg at the workshop and practice with a jade egg when you are at home.
In addition you will be guided through (sexual) qi qong practices, meditations and other practical exercises that will enhance your sexual wellbeing.
In this workshop you will:

- Increase your awareness of your pelvic floor
- Open your pelvis and improve flexibility
- Enhance Yoni awareness and sensitivity
- Learn how to use the Jade Egg

This workshop is held in a safe and relaxed space in which it is comfortable to learn more about sexual pleasure. Book early as the number of workshop participants is limited to a small group.
