'The Tao of Love was a unique encounter with oneself. This feeling of bringing bringing oneself back to self through the integration of the most sensitive and repressed parts of our femininity.

In a loving and accepting atmosphere, I could see in each of the women forming the sister group of a part of themselves.

In the circle of sisters I felt the flowing energy of life, embodying all aspects of the female goddess - lover, mother, warrior - a binding energy from beginning and end.

There was a prevailing sense of mutual acceptance and intimacy which offered the space to show our feelings.

The Taoist meditations were cleansing and energizing. These practices have enabled a stirring up of stagnant energy throughout the body.

During this weekend I received a priceless gift, which was to recover freedom and innocence, and thus their power, achieved through the cleansing of feelings of shame and guilt through ritual.

An important element of the weekend was knowing and honoring our body and sexual energy, which was preparing for powerful healing ritual with the jade egg.

This activated through the egg well, and also areas that needed to heal.

The weekend retreat offered a safe space in a supportive group, which allowed to release personal traumas, leading to the recovery of our feminine power.

Once again I had the opportunity to see how much power can work through sexual energy.
