Each individual programme is unique and designed specifically for you.

Exercises and home assignments
You will be asked to actively participate and complete home assignments which are a necessary component of my work with you to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
These home assignments could include specific exercises that you do on your own or with your partner, watching videos, reading, journaling, meditations or chi kung.
Please note that all Healing Love practices are internal. There is no nudity or any actual sexual practice in a session. I recommend you to wear (or bring) comfortable loose clothing.
Where Are You Heading?
The focus of my work with you is on the present and where you want to be.
We work together towards your future. I do not focus on deep past emotional issues.
This is not therapy. If this is what you require than I can refer you to a competent psychotherapist.
