Having established a foundation of self understanding and self love, we move forward on our journey to identify the ways in which we participate in relationship.
Relationships with others are a reflection of our inner energies. Practices from systems that honour masculine and feminine as of equal importance to the whole can offer us great insight into how we might heal some of the painful manifestations of masculine and feminine energies in today’s world.
In this weekend course we will cover:
- The concepts – masculine/feminine, shiva/shakti, yin/yang
- The differences between male and female energy systems
- Masculine and feminine archetypes
- How to work with relationships as ‘mirrors’
- Blending energies with a partner – making love
- Sexual reflexology
- Woman as initiator
- Celebration of wholeness
Cathy Rowan is a certified teacher/mentor of Ipsalu Tantra, a qualified teacher of Chi Kung and Taoist meditation and a qualified shamanic healer. She continues to work with leading teachers of Tantra. Her ‘first’ career was in the corporate world specialising in career coaching and leadership development.

Course investment range from £197-£247 for non-residential and £247-£297 for residential courses. The minimum amount is perfectly acceptable but if your circumstances allow you to pay a little more to support our work, we would be appreciative.
